Nils-Henrik Pettersson, Chair of the board
Nils-Henrik is Attorrney to the Supreme Court, Partner and Chairman of the law firm Schjødt, with long-standing expertise on the areas of offshore, construction and contracting. He has held and holds top positions in the sector, e.g. as Chairman of the AF Group, Chairman of Njord Floating Wind Power and Board Member of Marineline Chemical.

Eva R. Karal, Board Member
Leader in commercialization and business strategy, with extensive experience as Chair and Board Member  Eva started as researcher in oil & gas at SINTEF and then spearheaded Statoil’s R&D department. She then served CEO at ABB Composites and CMO at Kværner Subsea Contracting, both early-stage ventures. She was CEO of the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Oslo for 11 years, and lately CEO at tech incubator Campus Kjeller. Eva holds a PhD degree from NTH, with postdoc at UofM, Ann Arbor.

Frederik Steenbuch, Board Member
Frederik has almost 40 years of experience from the offshore industry, including senior positions in companies like Platou Offshore (Oslo and Houston), Dyvi, Smedvig, Wilrig, Northern Offshore, Offshore Heavy Transport, Heerema, Fairmount Heavy Transport and Nordic Heavy Lift. Frederik also has experience from many company boards, including; Wilrig/Odebrecht JV, Ocean Rig, Mercur Subsea Products, MOST Ltd., Thule Drilling, Nordic Heavy Lift as well as onshore companies; notably within property and real estate.
