Petter J. Karal, CEO
Petter is a successful serial entrepreneur in offshore and IT sectors. Starting from strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, he later built the Norwegian online search engine Kvasir into a profitable 150 person company. He was also CEO of Ezmo, an IT venture funded by FAST. Petter has served on the Board of Anchor Contracting for years and advised on its strategies. Petter holds an MSc in economics from NHH and MBA degree from MIT School of Management.

Trond Kjetil Nodberg, VP of Business Development and Marine Operations
Trond Kjetil has more than 26 years experience in marine contracting and engineering.  Prior to Seatower, he was VP at Aker Marine Contractors.  He has also been project manager for large marine projects and held engineering positions at Norsk Hydro, Coflexip Stena Offshore, Norwegian Contractors and Kvaerner Engineering.  Trond Kjetil holds an MSc from NTH and and MBA from Bond Univ.

Sigurd Ramslie, CTO
Sigurd is a technologist with broad, multi-disciplinary expertise. With engineering and development experience from Umoe Oil & Gas, ABB, Vetco, and Anchor Contracting, Sigurd has served as engineering manager on projects such as Åsgard MWA , Gulf of Mexico MWA, and Su Tu Vang MWA. Sigurd holds a Master of Science degree in marine technology from NTH.

Johan Lassen-Urdahl, Marine Operations, Special Adviser
15 years as naval engineer, designing ships and machinery for shipping and offshore, Johan then spent 10 years as warranty surveyor at DNV. At Anchor Contracting he was Marine Operations Manager. Johan’s experiences provide him with a global network of contractors and suppliers that can facilitate a project on any continent. Johan holds a Bachelor of Science from Naval Architecture Oslo Maritime Technical.
